SWGi believes a key to quality is communication. We listen to our clients and create a quality plan tailored to each individual situation. We work with our clients to define their quality initiatives, standards, and expectations. Our Quality Management Plan (QMP) provides quality management that fast moving organizations require.

    Contract Staffing QMP:

    1. Planning:
Our QMP revolves around a plan created with our client managers. This may include a statement of scope, detailed services description, detailed deliverables description and overall quality policies and procedures. Documents created may include checklists, definitions, operations and scope maps, flowcharts and cost/benefit analysis.
    2. Measurement:
SWG’s QMP includes measuring progress against agreed upon benchmarks at pre-determined timelines. By measuring results against our QMP we are able make any necessary adjustments to protect deadlines and uphold quality standards. Measurement techniques include audits, check point reviews, and standards reviews. Our forecasts can identify potential scope-creep before it occurs.
    3. Control:
The measurement process identifies opportunities for adjustments and changes to the overall work process and project. We identify opportunities for improvements and put new performance measures and standards in place that are reviewed and modified as needed. Outputs from our Quality Control can include revisions for work that does not meet client objectives.
Our commitment to ongoing communication throughout the course of the assignment with all stakeholders ensures issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and the overall result is one of mutual satisfaction.

    Full-time Staffing QMP:
Most companies have a probation period for new hires and SWGi maintains contact with our client and candidate throughout this period. We discuss the successes and concerns that may arise with all parties involved and re-insert ourselves if requested by the client or alerted to an issue by the new employee. Once the probation period has passed we no longer initiate contact.

At SWGi we combine our expertise with a commitment to quality service that exceeds the expectations of our clients and candidates!
